Dehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms

This item is for ONE 4 OUNCE BAG of our own dried Shiitake mushrooms. Great for longer term storage, you just add hot water and rehydrate for 15 minutes, and you have mushrooms ready for any meal. The bonus is that you also have a tasty mushroom broth to add to soups and stews, or just freeze until you are ready to use it.
