Goose Eggs

This item is for ONE HALF DOZEN of our goose eggs. Our flock is pasture raised with certified organic feed free of soy and GMOs, and our eggs are hand gathered. Goose eggs are three times the size of chicken eggs, and are delicious on their own, or added to custards, quiches and frittatas.

Geese only lay eggs from March until May, so try these seasonal delights while you can. It's a fun way to surprise the kids!
