Orient Express Eggplant

This item is for ONE HALF POUND OF JAPANESE EGGPLANT. This is an Asian style Eggplant that is excellent in a stirfry and eggplant parmigiana alike due to the very small seeds. It's great on top of pizza too! It's tender, delicately flavored, and quick-cooking.
