Green Goddess Dip

Creamy, fresh, and bursting with garden herbs, this Green Goddess Dip is a bright and flavorful blend of Greek yogurt, basil, parsley, and chives with hints of garlic, lemon, and honey.

 Smooth and herbaceous with a refreshing tang, this versatile dip pairs beautifully with crisp vegetables, crackers, sandwiches, or grilled dishes. Light yet satisfying, it’s a delicious way to enjoy the vibrant flavors of fresh herbs straight from the garden. 

You can also add a bit of water to thin the dip to use it as a delicious salad dressing.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, packed and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh chives, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Taste and adjust salt as needed
  4. Serve with crudité, chips or crackers
