Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh lemon balm
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • ¾ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smooth and well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust salt and pepper, if needed.
