Happy Holidays and a Farm Update!

Hello Friends,

It's been a bit since I've written, and I don't know about you, but this year has been a blur that included much progress, but also one of challenges for so many. Please know that we feel you, and are praying for Peace in 2024.

We have a few updates from the Farm. We've been busy winterizing everything possible, and have adopted Basil, our New Livestock Guardian dog. He is settling in nicely, and we are working with a trainer who has taught all of us so much already; us humans even more so than Basil. We have a lot more to learn and look forward to getting the farm ready for our first Katahdin sheep to arrive next June.

At long last, our Prep Barn is completed, and we've been busy moving in and getting everything ready and planning for the growing season ahead. We attended our first Winter market in South Orange last week. It was SO cold, but we learned a lot. Many thanks to those who came to see us. We will be doing one more market there this Thursday in case anyone is interested. There are a lot of other great vendors. Here's the website:

We are looking at more local options for next year.

In preparation for the market, we launched our new brand and packaging design. Our logo remains the same, but you will see a different look for our teas, jams, honey and other products going forward. We are super excited about it, and would love to hear your feedback after you see them on our website.

We are so excited, in fact, that we will now be offering eight different Gift Bundles with many of our handmade products from here on the Farm. On our Shop Page search on "Gift Bundle" to see all eight options. They make great Hostess, Birthday, Holiday, anytime gifts. They are an excellent option for those who wish to buy Local.

Due to the fact that our little farm store is basically a shed in a field with no heat or electricity, we've decided to close it for the winter, but we are still baking and filling orders. We've heard that folks are interested in order delivery. We are happy to announce that we will be launching delivery within 10 miles of the farm for a $10 charge per order beginning around the first week of January. We will keep you posted, and let you know when this option goes live. In the meantime, we can coordinate pick up options that work for you directly.

Lastly, from our entire Team, we want to thank you for all of your support and encouragement throughout the year. We have some great surprises in store for next year, and look forward to sharing them with you.

Wishing you and your families a blessed Holiday season, and a Happy, Healthy and Joy filled New Year.

Sincerely,

Michele
