When you join our CSA, you are not just buying produce that is the same as what you can find in the supermarket.
You become part of a collective that cares about chemical free nutrient dense food for you and your family. As Chef Poet Wendell Berry says, "Eating is an Agricultural Act". If you take it a step further, that means every meal connects eaters directly to land use, farming practices, and food system ethics, transforming eating from a passive act into an ecological and lifestyle choice.
It takes the anonymity of buying produce in a grocery store away so that you can rest easy that your food is genuinely grown with care for the land, farmers, livestock and you.

After all, when you think about it, we are all connected to the community we live in, and to each other. One person's choice affects their neighbors.
