2023 Beekeeper's Cut Spring Honey

We are proud to announce the first harvest of honey since taking over the care of our own bee yard with the oversight of our mentor and friend Craig Tanis. We can tell from the light color of this honey that the bees produced it in the Spring, so you can expect to taste notes of Black Locust blooms and Clover. We have been told that last year's honey was truly special, and we have no doubt that 2023 was a fine vintage as well.

Each jar includes a mini wooden honey dipper. Our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered. Use it in tea, on toast, or drizzled on rice cakes smeared with almond butter and sprinkled with dried lavender. Simply delicious!
