This item is for ONE JAR of Comeback Farms Applesauce. The first time we tasted this applesauce we had to do a double take because it only has one ingredient: organically grown apples. They are cooked down low and slow to bring out the natural sugars and caramelization of pure apple essence. There is no added sugar; just appley goodness!

Mark Canright started Comeback Farm, a certified organic fruit & vegetable operation, located in Asbury on the fertile soil of Hunterdon County's Musconetcong River Valley in 2006. Mark comes from a family of pioneers in organic farming. His father started one of the first organic farms in NJ-Farmer Johns Organic Produce-in 1974. We host Cabbage Throw Organic Farm on the property, & sell at the Hunterdon Land Trust Farmers Market in Flemington, NJ on Sundays; the Easton Farmers Market in PA on Saturdays & at local health food stores & restaurants. Mark & his family preserved the farm through the FRPP, protecting farm soils by limiting the amount of impervious cover allowed.
