Established in 2016, Hoppy Valley Farm is located in Long Valley, NJ and is a small first-generation farm run by husband and wife Jarred and Ann Bush. Our mission is to develop and deliver high-quality, hand-crafted goods and specialty ingredients to our community and the world. Our dream is to build a legacy our family can carry on for years to come, and to give our three children a closer connection to nature and the meaning of hard work, dedication and entrepreneurship. Right now, our primary focus is the production of our hickory syrup and roasted hickory. We plan to expand in the coming years into nuts, oils, and other specialty products and ingredients derived from native trees and plant species, offering unique flavor profiles with beneficial health properties.
