Blueberry Lemon Muffin

This item is for ONE MUFFIN. When we recipe tested our Blueberry Lemon Muffins, we designed the recipe so that they are so full of juicy berries there is just enough muffin to hold them all together. The lemon adds a bright note that really makes them shine.

Duck eggs, Organic Lemon juice, baking powder, Baking soda,
Lemon extract, Lemon zest, Sea salt
