Crushed Cayenne Pepper Blend

This item is for ONE TWO OUNCE JAR OF CRUSHED CAYENNE PEPPER BLEND. We grow a variety of large and small cayenne pepper varieties, dehydrate them, don our goggles, gloves and mask to crush them for you. This moderately hot spice blend has a scolville rating between 30,000-50,000 units. This blend has a pungent aroma that smells sweet and slightly smokey. The heat shows up at the end; add it to brighten up any dish.

Our spice blends are much more fresh than anything on a Grocery Store shelf. Trust us, you can taste the difference!
