Crushed Cayenne Pepper Flakes

This item is for ONE TWO OUNCE JAR OF CRUSHED CAYENNE PEPPER FLAKES. We grow a variety of large and small cayenne pepper varieties, dehydrate them, don our goggles, gloves and mask to crush them for you. This moderately hot pepper has a scoville rating between 30,000-50,000 units. The flakes are definitely more spicy than our blend, and are a staple in Italian and Mediterranean cooking. It has a pungent aroma that smells sweet and slightly smokey. The heat shows up at the end; add flakes to spice up any dish.

Our spices are much more fresh than anything on a Grocery Store shelf. Trust us, you can taste the difference!
