eaThis item is for ONE OUNCE OF DEHYDRARTED NAMEKO MUSHROOMS. Nameko Mushrooms are firm and silky, and have a cashew-butterscotch aroma, a mildly fruity, nutty, earthy flavor, and a gelatinous texture.
Dehydrated mushrooms can be rehydrated in warm water, and the rehydrating liquid can be used for stock in risottos, soups and stews.
These mushrooms are grown in our mushroom yard and dehydrated in our Farm Prep Kitchen.
