Fairy Tale Eggplant

This item is for ONE PINT OF FAIRY TALE EGGPLANT. This beautiful mini eggplant has a wonderful flavor with no bitterness and very few seeds. Our favorite way to prepare it is in a stir fry with garlic, ginger and sesame seeds.
