Gluten Free Blueberry Lemon Muffin

This item is for ONE GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY LEMON MUFFIN. We wanted to offer our most popular muffin in a gluten free version and we've nailed it. When we originally recipe tested our Blueberry Lemon Muffins, we designed them so that they are so full of juicy berries there is just enough muffin to hold them all together. The lemon adds a bright note that really makes them shine.
