Gluten Free Paw Paw Date Pecan Muffin

This item is for ONE GLUTEN FREE PAW PAW DATE PECAN MUFFIN. Paw Paws are a major crop in Agroforestry.  A pawpaw's flavor is sunny, and downright tropical: a blend of mango-banana-citrus that's incongruous with the fact that it is the only native fruit to Eastern North America.  You will never see Paw Paws in the supermarket because they can only be harvested when ripe, and their shelf life is very short.  We agree that timing is everything, so we immediate extract the fruit and use them in this limited edition muffin, with delicious results.
