Hot Honey Heirloom Tomato Marmalade

Using our own heirloom tomatoes and habanero peppers, this marmalade is delicious served as an accompaniment to your cheese and charcuterie board, or equally good as a sandwich spread. The is a lingering smokiness from the addition of chipotle pepper. We've prepared two micro-batches so far, and batch one has a medium heat, while batch two is a bit more mild.
