The Rye flour we use was grown right here in our fields on the Farm by Diamond J Farms, and milled locally by our partner River Valley Community Grains. Add our duck eggs, and you can't get any more local than that! The rye adds a depth of flavor that balances the sweetness of these exceptional cookies. They are a treat for grown ups and kids alike.
