Traditionally used for smoking, this savory wood lends notes of caramel, roasted nuts and hints of charred wood to this delicious syrup. Enjoy on pancakes, drizzled over creamy/earthy cheese, combined with bold spice rubs on meat or fish, or mixed with your favorite smooth bourbon.
