Swiss Chard

This item is for ONE BUNCH OF SWISS CHARD. Swiss chard is a leafy green vegetable that contains many nutrients, including vitamins A, C, and K, as well as fiber, minerals, and antioxidants. It's also a member of the beet family. You can stuff the leaves like cabbage, or sauté it including the crunch stems. It's colorful and delicious!
