Gluten Free Yuzu Muffin

This item is for ONE GLUTEN FREE YUZU MUFFIN. Yuzu is a small, bumpy, yellow citrus fruit that resembles a smaller, rounder lemon or a yellow lime. It has a tart, sour flavor and a strong scent, and it tastes like a combination of a lemon and a grapefruit. However, yuzu’s flavor is more complex than traditional lemons, and it has distinct herbal and floral notes in addition to acidity.  We source our Yuzu from Bhumi Growers in Princeton.  Each muffin has a subtle citrus orange flavor, and is topped with a delicious glaze.  We are happy to offer a gluten free version of this delicious muffin.
