Hoppy Valley Farm

“Established in 2016, Hoppy Valley Farm is located in Long Valley, NJ and is a small first-generation farm run by husband and wife Jarred and Ann Bush. Our mission is to develop and deliver high-quality, hand-crafted goods and specialty ingredients to our community and the world. Our dream is to build a legacy our family can carry on for years to come, and to give our three children a closer connection to nature and the meaning of hard work, dedication and entrepreneurship. Right now, our primary focus is the production of our hickory syrup and roasted hickory. We plan to expand in the coming years into nuts, oils, and other specialty products and ingredients derived from native trees and plant species, offering unique flavor profiles with beneficial health properties.”

Syracuse Salt Company

“After years of pursuing, researching and testing, we are proud to be bringing the storied salt industry back to Central New York. From a brine well more than 280 feet underground, comes this clean and crisp flake salt loaded with healthy minerals, just waiting to dress up your food. The brine originates in the deep waters flowing beneath Syracuse, dissolving salt along the way just as it has for thousands of years. In order to produce this beautiful salt, we evaporate the water slowly, leaving behind a pure, snow white flake. The salt is sifted to a uniform size and hand packed by a father daughter team based in Syracuse, NY. Once dry, we infuse our salt with various spices, wines, coffee and mushrooms, many produced in NYS.”

A Maker's Circle

“A Maker's Circle is an art studio located in Pottersville, NJ that is an inclusive, inspiring space for you and your children to explore creativity. We offer art classes across multiple mediums and host pop up shops selling locally made arts and crafts. Our goal is to share our love of creating art in a community of makers. When we aren't offering classes, Jackie Pankuck is working on her beautiful paintings and you can find Susan Palmer with her hands in clay! It was a pleasure helping Maranatha Farm design pottery pieces for their store.
We look forward to seeing you!”
